Although the Ontario real estate market has proven fairly stable in the past few years, first-time homeowners are always concerned about the advisability of investing in a house. Ah the joy of spring & melting snow! 

The true excitement of spring is when the snow banks melt away and tulips start to appear.  Chris and I were in Casselamn this week to meet with past client and I was thrilled and surprised to see tulip sprouts in the front of their home.

Melting snow banks are also fun except our signs keep falling down every 2 days...  Chris has been busy taking care of all the ''Timbers'' and installing ''T'' bars in order to keep all our ''FOR SALE'' signs up. Not quite soft enough to drive our normal support stands and not enough snow to support without.
